2 potatoes, cut into fine slices and than into quarters
1 small onion, cut
1/2 tps, coconut oil
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 tsp. sesame
1 tsp. hulled hemp seeds
Sea salt, chili, black pepper
2 marinated tomatoes, chopped
Olives for decoration
Heat the coconut oil, fry the onion gently, then add the potatoes. Stir on medium heat, from time to time. After about 10min. when the potatoes are almost done, add the peppers. Leave it about 10 minutes all together with the stove switched off. I fry the peppers only slightly. If you like them softer, then put them in the pan with the potatoes right from the beginning. Season with sea salt, chili and pepper to taste.
Put everything on a plate. Garnish with tomatoes, sesame *, hemp seeds ** and olives.
