5 tbsp. Tehina (sesame paste)
1 handful dried tomatoes, chopped, soaked in some warm water for at least 10min.
1 handful parsley, chopped
4 tbsp. sunflower seeds
Pinch of sea salt and pepper
Blend all well.
If too dry, add some olive oil.
Ready to enjoy.
Keep in the screw top jar. Make sure that the surface is covered with olive oil.
However, it tastes so good that it has here never been a long time to store.
Perfect fit with buckwheat cookies.
