Marinated Olives

500g natural olives of your choice    4 dried tomatoes, chopped 4 garlic cloves, freshly squeezed 50-100ml olive oil 5 parsley, a handful, chopped Mix all well and marinate it at least over night or longer.  One or two days later, they taste even better.  Enjoy.
