Mushroom Kefir Salad

5 mushrooms, chopped 100g  topinambour, grated 1 tbsp. sauerkraut 1 tbsp. sesame 6 green olives, chopped 1/2 cup of kefir 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 teaspoonful apple vinegar 1 tbsp. yeast flakes Sea salt, pepper, chilli to taste Mix everything and add spices to taste. Makes 1 serving, nutritious and delicious.
