1/2 cup of oatmeal
2 tablespoons Flax seed, crushed
1 handful of blueberries, frozen (or fresh*)
1 cup of water
Give everything in a saucepan and leave it for 20 minutes on the lowest flame on the stove.
Remove from heat.
1 handful of walnuts, chopped
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
*if the blueberries are fresh, add them at the end
