2 carrots, grated
5 mushrooms, chopped
2 fermented cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. hemp seeds, hulled
1 tbsp. yeast flakes
3 tbsp. kefir
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. apple vinegar
Sea salt, chili and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together. Leave it to rest a couple of minutes. Mix again. Enjoy.
1/2 cucumber, cut in thin slices, place on the plate in a circle.
Add the carrot mushroom salad on top in the middle.
Give some sunflower seeds on top. Enjoy.
