1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 cup of water (or vegetable milk)
1 tsp. coconut oil.
Give all in a pot and cook over a low heat for about 30 minutes.
In the middle form a small crater, put the coconut oil in.
If you like sweeten it maple or agave syrup.
I love it pure.
