1 bunch of coriander
2 tablespoons Tahini, sesame paste
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds, eventually roasted
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 pinch of salt, chili, pepper, to taste
Mix all well in a mixer.
Store in a jar, covered with olive oil, keep cool.
You can also fill some in an ice cube tray and freeze it, so you’ll be able to use it whenever you feel like having some.
