1 handful corn salad
3 radishes, chopped
4 mushrooms, chopped
4 slices of cucumber, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped
1 tbsp. hempseeds, hulled
2 tbsp. fermented dressing (if not at hand replace with 1 tbsp yeast flakes & 1 tbsp olive oil)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 teaspoonful apple vinegar
Sea salt, pepper, chilli to taste
Mix everything and season with the spices.
Leave shortly to rest. Mix again. Enjoy.
Makes 1 serving, nutritious and delicious.
