5-8 cucumbers, depending on the jar size
1 tsp. sea salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of chilli
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of kefir
4 stalks of dill
Dissolve the sea salt in 1/2 cup of warm water, add pepper and chilli.
Give the cucumbers into a large jar. Place the dill in between. Pour the kefir on top. Then add the salt water. If the cucumbers are not completely covered, add plain water until they are covered. Compound with a glass or stone. Close the jar. Keep it for a week at room temperature.
Then enjoy & keep the rest refrigerated.
