4 small potatoes,
wash, rasp in fine slices and place with some water in a pan for about 15 minutes, till done.
2 slices of smoked tofu, chopped,
add to the potatoes towards the end of the cooking time.
And finally season with some sea salt & pepper.
1/4 cucumber, chopped
3 large mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. apple vingear
Sea salt, pepper, herbs and chili to taste.
Mix all ingredients and season to taste.
Place three mild pepperoni with the foods beautifully on the plate and enjoy.
