1/3 cucumber, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, fermented, chopped
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice or apple vinegar
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Garnish all on a plate, season and enjoy.
