With three scented, stunning roses on my desk, I work much better and they compensate for todays grey skies.
Yes, I really like to see the good in everything. But when summer, sun & light starts to turn into looooooooong grey and dark Berlin winter, then I need a moment to adjust.
I allow myself to feel that.
The resistance to grey and chilly. The sadness that the summer is passing.
I allow it to be and then it leaves by itself. I sooth myself. I check in to see what I need right now.
My body feels tight and inflexible. I would like to hide in bed, cuddle up, light a sea of candles, lots of soft blankets and a pile of books and lots of hot water or herbal tea.
What I will do now.

Apple Chocolate Mousse:
3-4 Apples, rather large
1-2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 teaspoon Carob powder
1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cocoa nibs
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tbsp. Kombucha
(You can also take water)
Place in a blender mix all well
Dust it with some almond slices
