Good Food Choices

  • September 16, 2018

Your diet is a bank account.
Good food choices are good investments.
Bethenny Frankel

For me it’s standard, first I spend money on good food and then all other things.
If at all.
I don’t really buy much anymore.
I feel good food and experiences is what makes my life rich.
Two years ago I gifted half of my possessions.
I wanted to feel lighter.
To be able to move fast if I decide I like to go to some other place.
To have space instead of stuff.

It was a great decision.
It felt great and it still does.

But my fridge is always full.
I love to have a lot of fresh foods in the house.
Every day a green smoothie or two.
I’m not really eating lots of fruits or leafs.
But if they’re in a smoothie I drink it easily:-)

Besides that the micronutrient of green leafs are only fully utilizable for our bodies if they get broken up by a blender.

I always say if people would start to treat their bodies like most people treat their cars, we would all be much healthier.
Nobody uses wrong fuel for their car.
But feeding oneself with inflammatory fuel is quite common.

Today its easy to find out that meet, fried foods, diary, sugar and cheep fast grown crop is the cause of endless pro-inflammatory diseases.
It is so easy to heal with good foods.
It might not happen over night but our bodies are miracle makers.
They can reverse so, so much, if we start feeding ourselves real nourishing foods.

If you suffer physically of any kind of diseases start nourishing yourself with foods rich in nutrients.
Drink lots of plain water.
Good oils.
Nuts.
Seeds.
All kinds of green leafs.
Herbs.
Vegetables.
Fruits.
Beans. Lentils. Sprouts.
Fermented foods.

You are worthy of feeding yourself well.
Of taking time to do so.
Of being healthy and strong and vital and in good mood.

Let food be your medicine.
Think constructive thoughts.
You can do that.

Love,
❤️ Rinetta
