150g green olives, pitted
50g Parsley, chopped
50g sunflower seeds, soaked in water over night and then rinsed
50ml olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, fermented
Salt & pepper to taste.
Mix everything in your Blender.
Keep it in a glass with screw cap and makes sure the surface is covered with olive oil, that way it lasts longer.
Fits to many dishes. In the photo e.g. with raw kohlrabi spaghetti.
