1 May turnip, fine sliced
4 leaves green salad, cut
1 avocado, diced
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. yeast flakes
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
1-2 tsp. apple vinegar
Sea salt, pepper and chili to taste
Chop the ends of carrots, cucumbers, May turnip and mix with
lettuce and the other ingredients.
Embellish the carrots, cucumber and May turnips on a plate and place the green lettuce in the middle. Enjoy.
