1 piece of horseradish root
1 small red beet, cooked or a bit of red beet juice
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pinch of coconut sugar
1 pinch of sea salt
Grate the horseradish root. easiest with a food processor. By hand also possible, if you’re strong and willing to cry. It’s very cleansing though;). Mix all well and store in glasses in the fridge. It doesn’t last long here. I love to combine it with almost everything.
