200g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

200g fresh pineapple
100g coconut, diced
2 cm ginger (root) fresh
2 cm turmeric (root) fresh
1 / 4 tsp. chili
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. thyme, dried or fresh
1 pinch of pepper
8 cloves, dried
1/2 or 1 glass of kombucha or water
Blend all well. Pour in a bottle.
Drink small jars throughout the day.

If you don’t have fresh turmeric, but powder, you can also replace it with 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
