1 cup of sprouted lentils, blanched
3 jacket potatoes, diced
4 small red tomatoes, quartered
1 handful of fermented carrots and cucumbers, chopped
4 fermented garlic cloves, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tsp. sunflower seeds
Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, pepper to taste
Mix everything, except tomatoes. Let it marinate for a bit. Mix again.
Serve on the plate, garnish tomatoes around it.
