In the yard.
The wind sweeps gently.
I love the stillness of nature.
The yard is quiet.

There is so much healing power in a diet.
As Hippocrates said: Let food be thy medicine…
As it is in the mind.
Body and mind can be a strong team.
You are worthy taking good care of yourself
You are worthy to find the best way for yourself.
You are worthy living without a mask.
You’re worthy, not to care a rotten nut for what someone else is thinking of you.
On one side, what others think can be very much of interest for you, if you see that it reflects what you think of yourself.
Others can show you where you are right now.
if you’re very much appreciated – you appreciate yourself internally.
Being criticised? You probably reject something in yourself.
It’s not about being right or feeling guilty – both are a waste of time.
Both hold you where you do not want to be.
Neither being in the land-of-being-right nor in the land-of-feeling-guilty life is pleasant and above all there is only stagnation there.
If you allow yourself to let go of (self)judgment, your fellow being can turn out to be your best teacher.
He does nothing more or less than showing you something, which is not pleasant to you.
Look at it closely.
Thats how you improve.
Thats the way you can break the loop of the getting the same again and again.
Thats how you heal.
You’re worth it.
