1 cup of green peas, sprouted, blanched
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
Sea salt, pepper to taste
4-5 tbsp. Swabian potato salad
Sprinkle the peas with the olive oil and add the spices to taste.
Garnish all with the potato salad beautifully on a plate.
