1/2 cup white beans, soaked minimum 8 hours in cold water
1/2 – 1 liter of water depending on how liquid you like the soup to be
1 tsp. hulled hemp seeds
1 tsp. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. coconut oil
Cook everything about 40min.
Then blend the liquid with the beans and two potatoes.
Chop the remaining potatoes and potatoes into pieces.
Season with sea salt, pepper and cumin.
Embellish with hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and coconut oil.
