Salad being a piece of art
5 leaves Lollo Rosso
1 green sweet pepper
1 small shallot
1/4 cup chickpeas, cooked
5 Brussels sprouts, steamed
Olive oil, apple vinegar, salt, pepper & cumin.
Cut all as you like. You can anytime replace one ore more ingredient or drop it. I always use what my fridge provides. The amount is for one person, if you like more, simply multiply.
You eat with your eyes, thats why I love to provide beauty on a plate. Enjoy.
