3 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into rough pieces
1/3 cup red lentils, washed
1 cup of water, to boil
Add sweet potatoes and lentils into boiling water.
Cook approx. for 15 minutes.
When soft, remove from heat, garnish on a plate.
Garnish with olives and pickled cucumbers.
Add 1 tsp. of coconut oil.
You get 2 servings.
*here without spices delicious. The sweet potato has its own delicious taste, worth trying just by itself.
