Red Cabbage Avocado Salad

   1 cup red cabbage, grated 1 May turnip, grated 1 avocado, chopped 1 tbsp. horseradish, grated 2 tbsp. hemp seeds, hulled First place the red cabbage on the plate, then garnish the rest. Add 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. apple vinegar Sea salt, pepper, chilli to taste mix all & enjoy.

Strawberry Kefir

1/2 cup of strawberries 2 dates 1/2 cup of soy vanilla kefir Blend the strawberries with the 2 dates, Save 2 tbsp. of strawberry pulp to garnish. Mix strawberry with kefir, pour into a glas or bowl. Decorate small dots on the strawberry kefir with the strawberry pulp. Enjoy.

Lime Water

3 limes 1 cup of slightly warm water Squeeze the limes. Mix the juice with the cup of slightly warm water.
