10 cubes of kale, frozen 1/2 Chinese cucumber, diced 1/2 avocado 1 apple, small 1 grapefruit 3 cm ginger, approx. 2 teaspoons of maca powder 2 cups of water Mix everything in a blender. Enjoy.
1 dragon fruit, peeled 1 small banana 1/3 cucumber 1 teaspoon of stingingnettle seeds 1 teaspoon of maca powder 1 pinch of cardamon 1-2 cups of water (depending on how smooth the smoothie should be) Blend all well. Enjoy.
1 cup of soya vanilla kefir 2 nectarines 4-5 leaf green salad 2 dates, pitted 2 tsp. inulin Blend all well. Enjoy. Garnished with turmeric & fresh mint.
500g small yellow plums, pitted 4 slices of galia melon 3 medjool dates, pitted 2 tbsp. of linseed 300ml of coconut water Mix everything well. One half I enjoyed like that, the other half I blended with: 2 handful of stinging nettle leaves 1 handful of parsley 1 cup of water & enjoyed.

160g stinging nettle & seeds 2 thick slices very ripe, sweet pineapple 200g red currants 100g avocado 1 cup of kombucha 1 cup of water* 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 medjool dates Blend all well. Enjoy. *Optional 2 cups of water, if no kombucha at hand.
