Pointed Cabbage Pomegranate Coconut Smoothie

       200g pointed cabbage 1 pomegranate 1 banana 4 dates, chopped 100g fresh coconut rasp 1 tps, coconut oil 2 tps. Hemp protein 2 cups of water Mix everything well. Very delicious, the fresh coconut gives the smoothie a creamy shape, which I find delicious.
