Yellow Cherry Tomato Salad- colored

   8-10 yellow cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 handful of parsley, chopped 1/2 onion, diced 1 avocado, diced 3  mini peppers, multi-colored, chopped 1 tbsp. olives, chopped 3 tbps. olive oil 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar Season with sea salt, pepper to taste Mix everything. Let it marinate for a bit. Mix again. Enjoy.

Plate of Veggies

3 tbsp. red sauerkraut 6 slices of cucumber, chopped 2 tbsp. green olives 4-6 dried tomatoes, marinated 2 tbsp. sesame 4 cloves of garlic, fermented, chopped 2 tbsp. olive oil Sea salt, pepper to taste Garnish all on a plate. Enjoy. Always feel free to replace something with something else if not at hand.

Greek salad á la Netta

1 large aromatic tomato, chopped 1/2 cucumber, chopped 1/2 red onion, chopped 12 black air-dried tomatoes 1 tbsp. dill, chopped 1 tbsp. hemp seeds, hulled 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice or apple vinegar Sea salt & pepper to taste Garnish all on the plate, season and enjoy.
