Yellow Cherry Tomato Salad- colored

   8-10 yellow cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 handful of parsley, chopped 1/2 onion, diced 1 avocado, diced 3  mini peppers, multi-colored, chopped 1 tbsp. olives, chopped 3 tbps. olive oil 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar Season with sea salt, pepper to taste Mix everything. Let it marinate for a bit. Mix again. Enjoy.

Coloured Cherry Tomato Salad

  8-10 colorful cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 handful of parsley, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped 3 gherkins, chopped 1 clove garlic, fermented (or fresh), chopped 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds, chopped 3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp apple cider vingear Season with sea salt, pepper to taste Mix everything. Let it marinate for a bit. Mix again. Enjoy.

Pea Sprouts and Swabian Potatosalad

1 cup of green peas, sprouted, blanched 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. cumin Sea salt, pepper to taste 4-5 tbsp. Swabian potato salad Sprinkle the peas with the olive oil and add the spices to taste. Garnish all with the potato salad beautifully on a plate. You eat with your eyes- first;-) Enjoy.
