Pea Sprouts and Swabian Potatosalad

1 cup of green peas, sprouted, blanched 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. cumin Sea salt, pepper to taste 4-5 tbsp. Swabian potato salad Sprinkle the peas with the olive oil and add the spices to taste. Garnish all with the potato salad beautifully on a plate. You eat with your eyes- first;-) Enjoy.

Buckwheat Red Beet Carrot Salad

1 cup buckwheat, cooked 2-3 tbsp. red beet, grated 1 tbsp. carrots grated 1 handful of spring onion, chopped 1 handful of parsley, chopped 1 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated (optional) 2 tbsp alfalfa sprouts 2-3  tbsp. olive oil 1-2 tbsp. lemon juice Sea salt, pepper, chili to taste Mix everything. Let it marinate briefly. Enjoy.
