1 cup of rice, cooked
3 dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, fermented, chopped
2 tbsp. tofu cubes
1/2 teel, turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. coconut oil
Mix everything in a pan and roast gently.
Season to taste.
4 slices of cucumber, diced & salted
2 tbsp. green olives
Garnish all beautiful on a plate and enjoy.
