1/2 cup of white bean sprouts, blanched
1 red beet, raw or cooked, chopped
1 topinambur, grated
4 fermented cucumbers, chopped
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. apple vinegar
1 tbsp. yeast flakes
Sea salt, pepper, cumin to taste
Mix everything. Season with the spices. Enjoy.
